2. Nature of Services

Mindenamiiroda Kft. (PinballHungary) engages in the sale and rental of pinball machines, as well as the manufacturing and sale of custom pinball accessories (covers, plastics, slingshots, Convolux edge protectors, side art, translites, toppers, shooter rods).

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Order confirmations are sent automatically upon submission. The contract is formed when the confirmation is sent. Rental agreements for pinball machines are formed under a separate written agreement.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and Euro (EUR). Payment is processed via Stripe using credit/debit cards. Rental fees are due before the rental period begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Accessory shipping takes approximately 3 business days domestically, and 5-10 business days within the EU (excluding Hungary). Delivery outside the EU takes 15-25 business days. Shipping costs for non-EU destinations are calculated on an individual basis. Please note that the delivery times displayed on the website are for information purposes only; due to raw material availability and manufacturing processes, actual delivery times may vary. Pinball machines are delivered using specialized lifting vehicles.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. In case of withdrawal, returning the products in a complete and undamaged condition to the Service Provider is the responsibility and sole cost of the Buyer. The Service Provider will refund the purchase price to the Buyer within 14 days (usually 5-7 business days) of receiving the returned product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (e.g., custom covers, Convolux elements, custom-designed or sized parts).

7. Warranty and Liability

We provide statutory warranty on our products. Please note that the manufacturing technology of the original products from 30 years ago differs from the modern technology used by our company; therefore, color fidelity and appearance of the reproduced parts may deviate from the original, which does not constitute a quality issue or faulty performance. Any quality complaints or damage caused during shipping must be proven by the Buyer (e.g., by recording a damage protocol in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery). For pinball rentals, the renter is responsible for the machine's condition during the rental period.

9. Miscellaneous

Matters not regulated in these Terms shall be governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.). Any disputes arising from the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
